Sparrow Momentum Mentoring – Terms & Policies

Sparrow Momentum Mentoring is an 8-week, one-on-one mentoring program that meets virtually for 1-hour sessions. The 8-week sessions can be scheduled weekly or biweekly, and the client and mentor will decide the schedule.

Program Cost
The total program cost is $475, which includes a $75 non-refundable registration fee and a $400 program fee. When you register, Sparrow Mentoring is authorized to charge your card the $75 non-refundable registration fee to reserve your spot. The remaining $400 will be charged during the week your mentoring program begins, and is non-refundable.

Scheduling Policy
To respect both your time and your mentor’s time, we require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. We understand that life happens, and clients may need to reschedule their session. Clients may reschedule up to two sessions during the 8-week program with proper notice. Missed appointments or no-shows will count toward the eight scheduled sessions.
